I usually let things go and dislike making bad reviews. But I’m going to be honest about this moving company.Suffice to say, we are never ever going to use their service again. I don’t know why they received 4.8 stars review.It’s literally … More 4 chaps you can get off of the streets to move your stuff.Chipped our table in two spots. And mind you, brand new table which was flawless when delivered to us 5 months ago. They have the cheek to say they properly wrapped our things. Yes, two meagre shrink wraps they brought along and that’s about it. And honestly it was a shoddy piece of work when they wrapped the bookshelves and the table. I realised 2 days later the chip on the table. Quite a deep bent. When I texted them, they replied saying they wrapped the things properly. And when I pursued further, they didn’t reply. Bad service. So how did the chip happen? Would they want to admit their wrong, of course not.They also promised to wrap our TV but when they arrived, they asked us for boxes in order for them to wrap the TV. Totally doesn’t make sense at all! You can’t be expecting us to keep the TV box or any sort of boxes with us. Shouldn’t this be your responsibility to provide packing items.Please take note, that in the end, they did not even wrap our 65inch TV. They just carried it like that. I bet they just placed it on their lap whilst in the lorry. Imagine, if the slightest mistake could cause a crack. I’m pretty sure they are going to blame the stones on the road.Overall, their style of working is what I would describe as shoddy. I observed they did not make any effort to ensure that when they were moving the items, it doesn’t bang into doors/door frames. Wrapping was mediocre.I would never trust them to move expensive furniture or belongings with this moving company.So, my question who’s going to take the responsibility of items they damaged in the process of moving? Cause they won’t. And since they wouldn’t want to take responsibility for their mistake, I will post this honest review of mine.Never ever again and NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
